The "Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune (MRNF)", by means of protocol agreement, as confide to the zec Pontiac reserve association the power to plan, organize, manage and restrict exploitation and preservation of the wildlife's landscape territory.

In 2000, the "MRNF" as approved our plan in the development of recreational activities, which gives the opportunity to our association to offer a range of activities other than hunting and fishing.

The administration of the zec rest on the following principles :

• The preservation of wildlife and its habitat
• The accessibility of its resources for the general citizen
• The participation of the members in the management
• The self-financing of its operation

Our association as surpass its challenge in offering everyone access to a territory of prominent qualities and this at a competitive price by guaranteeing the continuation of the natural resources for the future generations.
